After 6.30 pm and before 8.30 am during the week and at weekends

  • Faced with any LIFE THREATENING emergency (ie stroke, heart attack etc) it is important to act quickly and decisively.  Ring 999.  Get them to hospital immediately.  The earlier treatment starts the greater the chances of recovery.
  • For LESS SERIOUS conditions phone the Surgery - 0844 477 8593.  You will then be given the number for NHS Direct - 0845 4647.
  • On holding, you will be asked to Press 1 and you will be transferred to Kingston Health on Call (KHOC).  They will take all the details and a doctor will ring you back.  The doctor will advise you or decide to visit.
